As previously communicated, the replacement of deteriorated refrigerant line insulation is a mandatory owner maintenance responsibility and expense of the individual unit owner. The previously provided deadline to complete required insulation replacement independently has passed, and the Association’s HVAC contractor will proceed with the required work.

If you are receiving this memo, the Association must receive payment from you for the cost of your refrigerant line work required. The Association must receive payment in the amount of $325 no later than 9/11/26. Payment may be made by either of the below methods:

• Check: Please mail or hand deliver a check payable to the Association to the Management Office.

• Online Payment: An online payment link is provided below. Please note that the applicable processing fees will apply to online payments.

Again, if you are receiving this memo, please remit $325 to the Association no later than Friday, September 11th for the refrigerant line insulation work required for your unit.
